**What you will do**:

- React to issues customers have with any aspect of the ordering to delivery of our products.
- Look for opportunities to improve customers experiences, working with management to report any improvement areas.
- Reactive resolution of any queries reported by Customers and Colleagues and being pro-active in overcoming any issues throughout the order to delivery process.
- Pro-active communication with customers regarding identified isues (i.e, delayed orders, stock non availability etc).
- Process incoming orders
- Identify improvements and opportunities that will increase client loyalty, support sales growth and customer retention.
- Work cross-functionally and maintain good working relationships with Colleagues across all KAO UK divisions
