- The University is keen to appoint a new Head of Financial Operations. This is a key role in the Finance and Planning Department, leading and managing the Finance Office team and leading on new finance projects.
- Working with the team, the Head of Financial Operations ensures that financial processes are efficient, effective, accurate, clear and complete. The Head of Financial Operations assists with the production of year-end financial statements and the development of financial systems.
- Working with colleagues across the University, the Head of Financial Operations will manage the financial aspects of new development projects in departments, faculties and with external organisations.
- You will have good organisational skills, work well as a team leader and team member, and bring the ability to work successfully on your own initiative.
- The Head of Financial Operations reports to the Deputy Director of Finance (Financial Services) and works alongside our Agresso System Manager, Tax Manager and Financial Reporting and Compliance Manager.
