Full-time, temporary to permanent.
- 40-hours per week, 5 days per week.
- Saturdays paid at time and a half.
- Bank holidays worked replaced with time off in lieu.

**Pay Rate £10.90 per hour.**

**Shift Pattern and Career Development**:

- Paid Trail and Training shift pattern is **Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:15pm**.
- Once training completed you can stay on the current shift or move to an alternative shift pattern 2pm till 10:15pm, Monday to Friday, at £11.45ph.
- Career Development up to Machine Operator positions paying £12.50 / £15 per hour.

**Duties**:

- Working on a busy production line and warehouse goods-in environment.
- Following written instructions on daily work sheets.
- Lifting, carrying, and handling products up to 25KG.
- Movement of product around factory automation lines.
- Quality checking and following precise instructions in a strict health and safety work-based environment.

This opportunity is based near Winchester and offers free onsite parking, along with lots of other employee benefits and rewards.

Due to the rural location, working hours, and lack of reliable public transport links, you will need your own car, motorbike, scooter. If you live locally then you can travel 20-minutes by bike to get to and from work every day, but it will be up and down dark country roads.
