**Come and work for Paradigm Housing Group in our Contact Centre where, as part of the team you will be helping us achieve our vision of “delivering homes that our customers can rely on and that helps them live well”.**

Our induction programme requires you to work full-time hours in the office for the first 4/5 weeks. Thereafter, you will work from home/remotely 3 days per week and in the office for 2 days per week.

Paradigm Housing Group, a Best Companies place to work, has a number of Customer Service Advisor roles available. The role is full-time working 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm. Part-time will also be considered, minimum of 20 hrs per week. A mixture of permanent and fixed-term contracts available.
