We’re looking for an analytical and self-driven Customer Value Specialist, with a good understanding of customer needs and up-and cross-selling attitude to join the Sales team in the UK. In this position you will get the chance to truly influence our future ways of working.
The location for this position is based at our Halesowen office. There will be the occasional requirement to travel to customers and other UK sites on an ad-hoc basis.
Job summary - Your mission: Inside sales - key account management for strategic customers
As a Customer Value Specialist and Inside Sales Team Member for key customers you will become the architect of customer relationships. Your main responsibility will be to enhance the customer experience for our key customers, acting as a consultant and problem solver. In day-to-day operations, you collect and maintain data and proactively analyse it to identify trends and patterns that help improve products and services. You will be responsible for initiating projects as required and accompany our customers on their strategic development journey. You will as a result, become the expert to drive and provide a value-added service whilst ensuring data quality. You will work hand in hand with our field sales team to actualise customer development plans and also participate actively in sales meetings and events with key customers.

- You have previous experience in Sales Operations and/or Business Development Management.- You are a team player and equally passionate about your own projects.- You always find ways to oversee several tasks at the same time.- Your business and methodical mindset, allow you to solve any challenge.- Planning, organisational skills, sense of urgency and excellent communication skills are among your strengths.- You are accustomed with navigating your way around SAP/EBP and Office365 and CRM system Dynamics.
