Zachary Daniels are pleased to be partnering with a Nationally recognised trade merchant, supporting the recruitment of a category manager for their plumbing category

**Category Manager knowledge and skills**:

- Establish the best routes to market and develop appropriate relationship with the customer based
- Evaluate the market drivers, industry changes, product developments and growth opportunities
- Demonstrable background within plumbing categories, would be an advantage and/or experience with the Trade Merchant sector
- Strong commercial awareness and good business acumen

**Category Manager will be required to**:

- Identifies and suggests any means of improving sales, margins, etc.
- Gains improvement on mutually acceptable outcomes whilst maintaining the interests of the business
- Uses persuasion and influence to gain clear agreement and commitment from others
- Demonstrate how to use initiative to resolve issues, leading by example
