Job Title: Operations Manager (Events Industry)
Location: Bishops Waltham

**Salary**: £45,000 - £50,000
I am seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a successful events company based in Bishops Waltham. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of projects and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational plans, processes and procedures
- Manage the operational budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Manage the staff and ensure they are following the operational standards
- Ensure that all events and projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
- Monitor the quality of work and provide feedback to staff
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Implement health and safety policies and procedures
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing a team
- Strong knowledge of the events industry
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
