**About the Role**

We’re recruiting for a Success Factors People Coordinator to join our team. You will act as the central point of contact for all our end users for Success Factors, providing a first-class service to ensure we can answer all of their queries whilst coaching colleagues to be able to use the system with confidence.

You will be a true advocate of Success Factors, always looking for ways to improve and develop modules. You should have a strong interest in systems, data, and experience of supporting HR systems.

**Key Responsibilities not limited to**
- Ensure all queries within the SFHELP inbox are managed within our SLA and responded too
- Ensure all position requests are sent out within 24 hours
- Manage any improvements that come into the Inbox in terms of investigating if we can enhance the system for the end user in collaboration with the Technical Team.
- Actively listening and seeking feedback how the system is performing and impacting upon Colleagues and end users.
- Lead the Annual Pay Review upload which has to be uploaded into SuccessFactors twice per year.
- Link in with Retail and VETS regarding any mass regional changes that will need to be planned into the system.
- Any adhoc projects which require any of the records on EC being amended.
- Pro-actively manage Stakeholder relationships
- Ensure the Data Replication Monitor is cleared weekly between SuccessFactors and SAP and any issues identified are managed and passed to Technical Team or Payroll Project Team.
- Run Compliance checks each period to ensure we monitor any potential pay errors that can occur and work with People Services Lead each period to correct any NMW issues.
- Work with Payroll each period on any manual replication issues.
- Responsible for ensuring SuccessFactors is cleansed of data in line with retention policies across all of the modules.
- Work with the Data team to ensure the business is compliant with new processes set up to cleanse on the system.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure data quality & integrity
- Up skill JVP/Line Manager/Colleagues with how they can utilise SuccessFactors to work better for them across our business areas.
- Challenge current processes if we feel the system can work in a better way for the business.
- Provide Reports from SuccessFactors as and when required to various members of the People Team to help them with their decision making.
- Set up Reports for People Team within your Reporting Centre and share them out to Colleagues in order to help them self-serve within SuccessFactors.
- Participating in project work as required.

**About You**
- Strong knowledge of complex administration within an HR or payroll environment.
- Experience of prioritising work in order to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure with great attention to detail.
- Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Word)
- Understanding of business structure, people processes and data integrity.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to communicate the right response to the requests.
- Customer and colleague centric with a focus on service delivery
- Enthusiastic, positive and determined
- Solution driven
- Eager to develop and learn
- Travel across the Business Areas as and when required
