**Job Summary**

Due to increased workload, we are looking to recruit a part time Administrative Assistant to work alongside the office staff and Company Director.

In this role you will be responsible for inputting data onto software, answering the telephone and taking orders. Organising deliveries, collections and returns and dealing with customers. Planning and organising the maintenance works diary.

Monitoring Cash Sales and chasing debtors. You will also provide support within a busy finance office and assist with the day to day admin duties.
- Sage 50 knowledge preferable
- Good communication skills to work within a team and be able to work on your own when required
- Strong attention to detail
- A hands-on approach to tackle problems and achieving objectives
- A proactive approach to all aspects of the role

Part Time Position with initial 3 month probationary period

16-24 hours (Days to be agreed)

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

We are looking for a self motivated, and highly organised person who is confident in dealing with customers and suppliers enquiries. Previous experience in an office environment required.
