**Duties**:

- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage short term vehicle hire fleet, inc accepting reservations, valet & refueling,
- Manage customer accounts
- Provide general clerical support as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerised systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

**MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENCE WITH MAX 3 POINTS**

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
