A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a **Administrator** to join one of our well established nursing home **Eryl Fryn nursing home** located in the heart of **Craigside, Llandudno**.

**Our aim;** is to achieve a standard of excellence and good practices.
**Our objectives;** that we will deliver a tailored service to each resident to enhance their overall quality of life.

As Administrator you’ll work along your team of experienced Care and Senior and Management team to deliver outstanding quality and support to our residents enabling them to live later life well.

- **Previous Care Home Administrator experience is beneficial however any and all training relevant to the role will be provided.**

- **What you be doing;**:

- Administer the home payroll system
- Monitor and manage controllable expenses
- Administer HR and other IT systems within the home including the staffing rota.
- Providing administrative support for meetings where necessary e.g. note taking.
- Provide an inviting and welcoming reception service to residents and visitors.
- Support the delivery of staff induction and act as a mentor when required.
- Promote and ensure the good reputation of the home.
- Be responsible for own continuous professional development and undertake training as required.
- Attend all meetings and training events as required.
