**Overview**
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and providing administrative support to our staff.
This position is suitable for individuals who are comfortable working from home, yet are also able to work from our offices in Kettering and Burton Latimer on occasion. While employed by Unumbox Ltd, you will perform administrative duties for a number of brands/businesses.
This role is crucial in the smooth running and growth of our businesses, and we're seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and meticulous person.
**Duties**
- Bookkeeping using online software (currently Xero).
- Receiving and making phone calls with clients.
- Creating and managing records in Excel.
- Writing proposals and documentation.
- Scheduling site visits and work for team members.
- Keeping detailed records of events and findings.
- Ordering materials and managing stock levels.
**Skills**
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
- Experience with Xero or other accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
