We are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly and supportive insurance team in Leeds You will be responsible for supporting the sales team in incepting insurance policies using insurer portals and CRM system.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Administrating new business and renewal policies using the insurer portal and CRM system
- Generating cover letters and insurance documents for clients
- Setting diaries to chase client documents
- Updating client records

- Confident talking to different people via telephone
- The ability to be flexible and support the sales staff when needed
- Proficient in Word and Excel
