Our client is a professional business services organisation based in North Leeds, due to a recent restructure within the finance team they are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administration officer. You will be part of a small team, with a bigpersonality, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing the pension files
- Setting up new schemes directly with the Providers;
- Completing the declarations of compliance on set up and re-declarations of compliance every 3 years;
- Renewing schemes
- Support the existing clients to move over to a self service of data processing;
- Providing administration support to internal stakeholders
- Producing ad-hoc payroll reports using Excel
- Ad-hoc finance tasks to support the wider team
- Filing and archiving.

Knowledge of pension auto-enrolment would be advantageous, however not essential. An eye for detail and ability to crunch through data are the key skills required.

The company are based in a great location with excellent transport links, with street parking

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm,
