**The Role**

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our National Account administration team. Working from our Head Office in the centre of Leicester, you must be enthusiastic with a willingness to learn new skills and provide a high level of customer service to our clients. Full training will be provided.

**Main duties**:

- Service Desk - efficient running of Service Support which entails receiving and booking jobs for National clients using their bespoke databases
- Dealing with Sales Enquiries, preparation of Sales documents
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients/customers over the telephone
- Providing efficient Engineering service control to meet customer service levels
- Maintaining company reports and customer database
- Administering police and key holder compliance audits
- Adhere to the Companies Health and Safety policies and procedures

**Relationships and Roles**:

- Ensure relationships with customers are maintained successfully
- Interact, liaise and co-operate with all Company employees
- Answers telephone in a manner that is courteous, and professional at all times
- Carry out duties for other branch administrators during absence
