**About the role**:
The Global Early Careers team within our Recruitment function is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and onboarding for 3 early talent programmes: Graduate Development Programme, Intern/Industrial Placement Programme, Apprentice Programme. These programmes seek to attract and develop high quality talent to meet the short term and long-term business needs of an ever-changing energy industry.

**What you'll do**:

- Host Assessment Centres, including the organising, pre-planning, scheduling and running assessment centres, which may begin/end outside of standard working hours

**What you'll need**:

- Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate effectively to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail & follow up and exceptional time management
- This role requires driving and as such a valid driver’s license is required

**It would be awesome if you had**:

- Experience using sourcing tools
- Ability to analyse and interpret data

- A salary of £44,000 - £55,000 per annum - dependent on experience

**Further information**:
This is a fixed term contract position for 6-9 months based in Warwick. We continue to offer hybrid working with apprcximately 1-2 days a week in the office. The closing date for this vacancy is 30 August 2023.
