**Court Residence is a small Aparthotel offering luxury accommodation to national and international guests. Court Residence has expansion plans underway to meet the growing demand at this stunning location.**

**As Hotel Administrator you manage and handle tasks including**:

- **Leading Front of House and reservations including elements of hands-on**:

- **Ensuring guests consistently enjoy an exceptional experience**:

- **Revenue Management**:

- **Leading small team supporting Head Housekeeper and Maintenance, managing continual improvements**:

- **Staff rotas, training and management via external HR provider**:

- **Managing Suppliers and maintaining stock control**:

- **Proactively ensuring regulatory compliance, health & safety and security**:

- **Develop systems, efficiencies and improvements in line with our business growth.**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task**:

- **Excellent communicator both verbal and written**:

- **Teamworker and interpersonal skills**:

- **Administration proficiency in numeracy and use of software ( MS Office - Excel in particular )**:

- **Effective problem solver**:

- **Attention to detail**:

- **Excellent customer service skills**:

- **Experience within hotel or hospitality sector preferred ( but not essential )**

**Start: ASAP**

**Hours: Full time
- Daytime/evenings & weekends on a rota basis**

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
