**Part Time Hotel Administrator**
Here at Court Residence, we have 21 contemporary hotel suites. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Part Time Front of House administrator to join our team.
Perfectly located in the historic centre of Linlithgow, the stylish, luxurious, Court Residence is a true home from home for both leisure and business travellers**.**
We are looking for someone to join our reception team on a part time basis. We are looking for someone with a warm positive personality, that will leave a great impression to those visiting Court Residence.
**Main Duties**:
- Checking in Guests when they arrive at the premises.
- Explaining to Guests how the rooms are set up and what to expect in the rooms.
- Dealing with phone calls and enquiries.
- Helping checked in guests with any queries they may have.
- Ad hoc administration duties.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Dealing with enquires about the local area.
- Reporting any issues that may arise during the shift to senior management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products would be advantageous.
Excellent Phone manner
Approachability is a must.

**Hours**: Part Time
- Afternoons/evenings & occasional weekends
(Rotas are done 2 weeks in advance
- To ensure a good work life balance for all staff)
**Pay**: Hourly and Competitive
