We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our corporate team. This role will support the team:

- To support the implementation of projects and ongoing developments.
- To provide general office support to the PGPA management team and senior administrator.
- To support PCN members and partner organisations, promptly responding to requests for advice, information and support, escalating as appropriate.
- You will frequently work unsupervised and using your own autonomy.
- To represent PGPA at various meetings and events.
- To arrange & attend PCN meetings and take minutes/actions.
- To assist in collating and managing statistical information on behalf of the PGPA management team.
- To support the implementation of specific projects and pieces of work.
- To support the delivery of PGPA and PCNs projects and work.
- To work with the PGPA management team and the senior administrator to support communications and dissemination of information to the PCN and wider partners.
- To organise and facilitate focus groups, workshops and events on behalf of PGPA and the PCNs.
- To provide and receive exceptionally complex, detailed and often sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.
- To use a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to deliver information in what can sometimes be extremely emotive situations.
- To support and facilitate recruitment to new roles to PGPA if appropriate.
- To support PCNs and PGPA in the day to day management of the PGPA SystmOne units.
- Support PCNs and PGPA in the management of CVP Staff.

**Person Specification**
**Essential criteria**:

- Experience of working successfully within a data entry or administration role.
- Experience of team working. Experience of delivering high level of customer services
- Touch typing and accurate data entry
- IT Literate
- Previous experience of administrative roles.
- Excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment and able to multi-task
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Ability to work with data analysis and data visualisation
- Personally and professionally motivated to achieve against the highest standards.
- Comfortable following guidelines and ensuring compliance against given standards
- Responsive and flexible
- Knows when to seek professional guidance where rules are uncertain.
- Independently mobile, able to travel across the Calderdale to all our Practices

**Desirable criteria**
- Understanding of the NHS & its partner organisations Previous experience of working in Primary Care

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
