**Internal Communications Specialist**

**Manchester - Hybrid working**

**£27-33K depending on experience**

There’s never been a more exciting time to join Lookers internal communications team. This role helps drive and deliver business critical internal priorities and initiatives which connect and engage our colleagues across the whole organisation.

Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day internal communication activities and help develop Lookers internal communications strategy to inspire, inform and engage our people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, creative, and appropriate and make good use of internal tools to maximise the effectiveness of the communications.
- A consistent approach to messaging, branding, imagery, and identity is essential, as well as the ability to generate new and exciting approaches for content that is in line with our strategy.
- You will take responsibility for the management of our Workplace by Meta channel alongside the planning, coordination, and execution of internal employee events as needed and appropriate.
- Partnering with teams across the business to assess and deliver their communication requirements to their respective audiences is essential, as well as implementing metric reports to measure the effectiveness of our internal communication channels, with the aim of continuously improving our strategy to reach and engage employees.

Qualifications:
Ideally having relevant experience in a communications role, alongside excellent oral and written communications skills including writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills. You will be highly organised and can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously, consistently delivering high quality results on-time, whilst being adaptable and flexible. Another great skill you will bring is the ability to build relationships and collaborate across the broader business with colleagues at all levels.
