**Human Resources Executive**

**Role**
- Coordinates and facilitates orientation for new hires and ensures compliance with all work authorisation documents including right to work and background screening, and ensures follow up on re-verification requirements.
- Advise and support line managers with employee relations casework, including end to end management of disciplinary, grievance performance management and sickness absence management processes.
- Advise all employees on Company policy as and when required, ensuring consistent compliance with procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive and respectful workplace environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employment contracts.
- Manage internal communications to promote employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.

**Skills And Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior executives.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions.
- Experience of dealing with sensitive and/or confidential information
- Able to create good quality written material of a professional standard.

Pay: £26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
