Input into ESR, NEST and the Pensions on-line systems where necessary. To assist in collecting, opening and date stamping incoming mail and to distribute accordingly. Ensure that all outgoing mail is delivered to the Postal Department within the specified time limits. To assist with the printing, recording, and distribution of Scanned Documentation received into the Department.

To assist with electronic filing of documentation in relation to Pensions. To undertake basic Pensions input as required. To undertake general clerical duties for the Pensions Team, including data input. The processing of Pension related forms.
