**About the Role**:
**Role Scope**
- Collate supplier approval documentation to approve new suppliers and ensure the ongoing approval of existing suppliers.
- Collate Contractor accreditation documentation for new contractors and ensure the ongoing approval of contractors on Sinica.
- Deputise for the Supplier Auditor where applicable.

**Working Environment**
- Office based with hybrid working

**Key Accountabilities of the Role**
- Provide support to Site Technical teams in external audits for Supplier Approval and Food Defence.
- Internal liaison and support for Site Technical and external liaison for retail customers and suppliers.
- Approval of new ingredient, packaging, and service suppliers.
- Maintain supplier approval records,
- Maintain the Avara risk assessments for ingredients, packaging, and service suppliers.
- Risk assessment by individual raw material
- Food defence risk assessment by individual raw material
- Risk assessment by supplier
- GM risk assessment
- Allergen risk assessment
- Sainsburys risk assessment
- Assessments and collating SAQs and other documentation.
- Generate weekly Horizon scan reports.
- Support Supplier auditor to audit all new suppliers and existing based on risk.

- Ability to demonstrate good working relationships with suppliers and colleagues alike.
- Problem solving techniques.

- Food related HND
- Food industry related experience
- Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft office software.
- Knowledge and experience of MILO and i-Auditor.
