We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Delivery Administrator to join our clients team. As a Service Delivery Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services to our valued clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage service delivery operations to meet client expectations and contractual agreements- Maintain and update service delivery schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks- Monitor service delivery processes, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions a Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on service delivery progress- Prepare and distribute service reports and metrics to management and clients- Conduct regular audits to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement- Assist in the development and implementation of service delivery policies, procedures, and best practices- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery processes**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Administrator or in a similar role- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service- Proficiency in using service delivery management tools and software- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices**This is a full time / permanent role working Monday to Friday.**

**Working hours are - 8:30am
- 17:00pm
- Monday-Thursday with a 16:30pm finish on a Friday**

**The salary for this role is up to 25k DOE**
