SHS Handling Solutions Ltd are a family run business who have been trading for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience in providing solutions for the handling industry. Our range covers a variety of equipment, but our core products are Manual Pallet Trucks, Electric Pallet Trucks/Stackers/Pickers, Aluminium Sack Trucks. **Purpose of the Role**

Reporting directly to the After-Sales Manager, you are responsible for any administrational day-day tasks within the Service Department. This will be, for example, contacting customers, creating invoices and collating data. You will be part of a wider team that oversee the service department.

**Skills / Experience**
- General administrational tasks
- Understanding of Customer service
- Customer First Ethos
- Updating customers on quotes, lead times etc
- Invoicing and queries

**Hours of work**
- 3 -5 hours a day
- Flexible starting hours
- Hybrid work available

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 - 25 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
