Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Coordinate company-wide events and ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practises is a plus.

Competitive salary ranging from 28,000 to 35,000 per year.
