This role involves overseeing handover, completion, and commissioning activities within the Calvert Area. You will work closely with Senior Project Managers and the Project Quality team to achieve technical assurance sign-off and collaborate with the Land team to develop and deliver a programme for land restoration and hand back.
You will be responsible for monitoring readiness using a 'T minus' approach to enable a timely and efficient handover. Additionally, you will assist with the technical review and closeout of the ITP quality packs and provide weekly reports to the Project Director and our Handover and Completions Director using the SmartConnect tool.
About You- Hold a degree (or equivalent) level qualification in Civil Engineering
- Have extensive experience in project execution with a strong background in handover, completion, and commissioning activities
- Have experience working on major infrastructure projects
- Have experience in the management of QMS
- Have experience of Technical Assurance (CRT's)
- Have experience in Network Rail AMP process, GRIP, and/or PACE process
- Hold a full driving license
