About the Role

At EKFB, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and creating a lasting legacy in the engineering and construction industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Handover and Completions Manager to join our team.

This role will involve overseeing the handover, completion, and commissioning of infrastructure projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our Senior Project Managers and the Project Quality team to achieve technical assurance sign-off and collaborate with the Land team to develop and deliver a programme for land restoration and handback.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring readiness using a 'T minus' approach to enable a timely and efficient handover. You will also assist with the technical review and closeout of ITP quality packs and provide weekly reports to the Project Director and our Handover and Completions Director using the SmartConnect tool.

About You
  • Hold a degree (or equivalent) level qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Have extensive experience in project execution with a strong background in handover, completion, and commissioning activities
  • Have experience working on major infrastructure projects
  • Have experience in the management of QMS
  • Have experience of Technical Assurance (CRT's)
  • Have experience in Network Rail AMP process, GRIP, and/or PACE process
  • Hold a full driving license
