As a Guest Service Receptionist, you'll be an integral part of our placemaking culture, bringing your passion for exceptional customer experiences to Aviva and ISS.

**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts
- Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
- Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests
- Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
- As a brand ambassador for ISS and Aviva, you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met
- To focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer
- To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Legal requirement

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
- Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
- High degree of accuracy
- Meeting room management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Motivated, committed and flexible
- Health & Safety understanding
