Tamworth, United Kingdom Now Education Full time

**Calling out for Teaching Assistants/ Classroom support, who are confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviours.**

**Do you have experience specifically within a Specialist Setting or Pupil Referral Unit?**

We are seeking Teaching assistants to support our clients in Tamworth to start ASAP

Pupils within this setting have experienced mainstream but it has not quite worked out for them. Now they are able to work within smaller settings, with up to 8 pupils to help focus on the areas they have fallen behind. The role requires a strong character who holds the resilience to cater for those with the most complex and challenging behaviours.

We can offer Short and Long-term bookings with many schools also booking our TA's for emergency cover; we can work around your availability and be flexible to support your commitments and priorities. Working in SEN Schools via Now Education also opens many opportunities for permanent positions. Our clients benefit from the ability to take Now education TA's onto their permanent books after our TA's have completed 12 working weeks on a full-time, long-term supply contract; without the school incurring any recruitment fees. This in return provides consistent work and stable income for our Supply Teachers

We are keen to hear from those who:

- Are seeking either Day to Day, Short/Long-term Supply and permanent opportunities
