- **End Time: 17:00**

**Working within the Business Support team to help with Office Tasks including Answering the phones to clients of Adult Social Care, Printing, Scanning and other tasks that come up on a daily basis**
- To undertake administrative duties which may include:

- Supporting teams within Adult Social Care, including Hospital and Long Term teams
- Answering the telephone to take messages and help with enquiries
- Safeguarding minutes/note taking
- Processing orders, invoices and raising requisitions
- Data Cleaning on in-house systems
- To follow Health and Safety Regulation
- Archiving and scanning
- To carry out other duties from time to time as requested, completable with the nature of the post

**Key Requirements**

**Skills and qualifications**
- 5 GCSE's (Grade C or above) or equivalent including Maths and English.
- Good standard of English language and literacy - educated to at least GCE 'O' level,
- GCSE or equivalent Evidence of working with Microsoft packages.

**Knowledge, abilities, skills, experience**
- IT literate and competent in use of
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and In
- house systems LAS, Smart Office. Administration skills, letter writing,
- proof reading, telephone answering,
- maintaining computer-based information.
- Minute/note taking skills and experience.
- Awareness of the importance of confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and to work using own initiative.
- Effective time management and attention to detail.
- Understanding of and commitment to the requirements of safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their welfare.
- Experience of working within a Social Care environment
