SALARY - £71,000 to £100,000

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

This activity directly aligns with the employee value proposition in service of creating a modern and progressive environment where everyone can perform at their best, at pace while doing all they can to help customers and Britain prosper.

By providing clear and practical narratives and frameworks, it supports the business partnering teams and in-business communicators with pragmatic content, capability building and channel options. It is also accountable for business partnering the non-customer facing and key enabling Group functions who play a critical role in the effective delivery of the strategy and transformation.

About the Opportunity:
We're looking for three senior business partners to partner the businesses and teams across Group Chief Operating Office (GCOO) and our Group Functions, helping to find, and tell, some of the best stories in Lloyds Banking Group

This should be delivered accurately and on time, taking an agile approach to respond to changing business and industry context
- Lead the relationships with the in-business communicators, putting our audiences first and constantly challenging and collaborating to maximise impact and minimise volume of communications for our audiences
- Work in partnership with our external communications specialists (media, social and public affairs) to identify, prioritise and deliver the impactful communications that promote the Group brand and reputation for external partners including media, politicians, colleagues and future employees
