Kardinal Independent Living are seeking a Skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Broadwater team. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on working in a busy office environment, and it will provide you with opportunities to learn new skills and the potential to progress within the company.

If you have strong administration experience, preferably, within a sales or business development environment and can demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette, and excellent communication skills, then this is a great opportunity for you to join a fast-paced team

Your tasks will include responding to internal and external customer queries, undertaking activities linked to the sale and purchase of stock and services and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

**Core Duties/Responsibilities**

Provide general administrative support to the office

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Undertake after sales care, inclusive of creating lasting positive relationships

Undertake data entry and maintaining electronic and physical files

Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

Assist with scheduling workloads between the office and the warehouse

Proven experience in a customer service role

Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively

Enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Able to demonstrate a good understanding of what great customer service is

Fantastic attention to detail

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused on delivering excellent service

Ability to resolve customer queries.

Ability to form good working relationships both internally and externally

Excellent attendance and timekeeping

Presents a good image of the company to customers.

Applies skill, effort, and judgement to get the job done.

Ability to learn new tasks with mínimal supervision.

Takes personal responsibility for resolving customer queries and concerns.

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
