Established for over 30 years. The company is a technical services business providing best of breed support, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and installation services to some of the biggest and brightest technology businesses in the world.

Due to further growth, they are now looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join their team.

**Role Responsibilities

- Diagnosing faults on the Products over the telephone.
- Ordering parts with 3rd parties
- Providing excellent customer service

**Role Requirements

**A practical aptitude would be desirable. If required, applicant will be trained in our workshop to repair and understand faults of TV’s and Large Format Display Screens that will be Tech Supported on telephone. Once mastered will be situated in office environment using computer and telephone.
- Training on in house Tech Support and Service Management System will be provided
- Written, oral and interpersonal communication
- Applicant must have a good understanding of MS Office and Web based portals
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and self-directed
- Excellent customer service skills

**Company Benefits

**Hours of work will be 09:00 to 17:30 - Overtime available during busy periods

Salary £21,000 per year
