**The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis**:
As the Employee Success Lead, you will partner with Team leaders to support in the selection of our new hires within the service desk and be the main contact for all new starters from acceptance of offer throughout their first 6 months.

Reporting into the Head of Service Desk, your main duties will include supporting the successful selection, onboarding, training and ongoing development of the Service Desk team, in order to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process and the effectiveness of the Service Desk team to meet key business objectives.
- Previous experience with proven selection processes
- Best practice knowledge of creating & delivering an envious onboarding structure & plan
- Previous experience creating and delivering training
- Good administration skills, able to organise and deliver multiple training programmes.
- Must be able to encourage and motivate others to engage with training
- Must be able to tailor their approach to suit the needs of each individual.
- Passion for continuous improvement

**Technical knowledge is desired but not a requirement.**
