**The role**

The Marketing Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy. This position involves leading the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, driving initiatives to enhance brand visibility, and strategically influencing lead generation efforts. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across, ensuring consistent and effective communication to our target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- With the Head of Marketing, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Portland Training’s company goals.
- Be a point of contact for the marketing team, providing guidance and ensuring a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy by providing valuable insights from a marketing perspective.
- Strategically plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Utilise analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
- Maintain a strong brand presence across all marketing channels, reinforcing key brand values and attributes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimise the CRM system to facilitate efficient lead processing and tracking in addition to streamlining other departments workloads.
- Analyse and interpret data to extract meaningful insights, guiding data-driven decision-making processes.
- Uphold organisational policies and procedures, with a focus on safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion across all marketing activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
