Due to cover required for maternity leave there is an opportunity to work within the Business Improvement Team to lead improvement projects within the Facilities Directorate for a fixed 12-months period, on full-time or part-time basis.

The Business Improvement Team is a small, close-knit team that work closely with colleagues across the Facilities Directorate to provide a full range of project management duties relating to system development and process improvement. You will have a direct impact on the enhancement and efficiency of Facilities Directorate services provided across the University, affecting both internal and external stakeholders.

You will have excellent project management skills with the ability to initiate process improvements and manage the cycle through to implementation. You will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders to develop effective relationships.
