Transport Administrator - Newport

Alfa staff are currently seeking a Transport Administrator for a Client in the Newport area. Experience of working in Transport is desirable however applicants with excellent customer service skills and computer literacy would be considered.

**Hours of Work **Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator will be;
Complete all general admin tasks - Raising Purchase orders ETC

Updating spreadsheets and communicating with management.

Liaising with Clients and answering any queries that they may have in a professional manner.

Raising Invoices

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

Excellent communication skills

Speaking to drivers and updating them with workloads Etc

Can organise and work efficiently and support the Transport team.

Alfa Staff acts as a Recruitment Agency supporting Clients with temporary and permanent staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
