**Shift Patterns**

**AM Shift 5.30 - 14.30 Mon - Fri for the first week then the second week is a PM Shift 13.30 - 22.30 Sun - Thurs. This alternates each week.**

**Overview**:
We’re tackling one of the greatest challenges of our time and writing the next chapter for food. If you want to add flavour to your career, we are looking for a hands-on Stock Controller to join us on our journey.

If you’re the right one for us, you’ll have experience of working in manufacturing, plus knowledge and experience of using IT systems. You’ll be required to ensure that the stock and stock movements are controlled throughout the Factory. Ensure product retains traceability through process and aid in customer traceability requirements. Challenging enough for you?

You’ll be working on a rotating shift pattern including some weekend cover and reporting into the Production Leader. Bear in mind, this could vary due to business demands, weekend cover, sickness, and holidays. From workers, farmers, and management, we’re all working towards better solutions for food.

**What you’ll be doing**:
We are proud to do our part, with craftmanship fit for a crown, and this your chance to help influence the agenda. As a Stock Controller your tasks and responsibilities would include:

- Lead effective 2-way communication with all teams to ensure all staff are kept informed of business, departmental and team issues to help support an engaged and motivated workforce.
- Act as a role model and lead by example demonstrating core company values, behaviours, and high-performance standards at all times.
- Contribute and complete all training courses that are provided.
- Provide cover for other team members as required.
- Raise any potential threats or shortages in the daily meetings.
- Processing requirement and daily production plan reviewed, updated, and sent out to all.
- Contribute to departmental and site improvement projects when required.
- Monitoring yields and communicating with relevant departments.
- Assist with Yearly/Monthly/Weekly and Daily stock take of Raw Material, completing full stock take of the factory and update stock system following the count.

Previous experience preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
