Stock Control Co Ordinator

Main Responsiblities:

- Send monthly reports to warehouse for stock to be checked and take any remedial actions where stock is incorrect.
- Create monthly system reports to cleanse system data and ensure accurate recording of stock.
- Coordinate stock control operations with warehouse and other stock holding departments. Including ensuring that processes are being followed correctly.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure any stock adjustments are completed correctly.
- Record and follow up with any stock discrepancies to make sure they are dealt with in an accurate timely manner.
- Communicate stock errors with relevant departments to guarantee there is no disruption to the supply chain.
- Maintain an accurate ERP system by running daily checks on bin locations.
- Assist in improvement of departmental processes in conjunction with supervisors and managers.
- Creating process documents where there is lack there of or improving them where necessary.
- Day to Day monitoring of stock management inbox and completing tasks in priority order.
- Correcting serial numbers where they have been booked in incorrectly by warehouse.
- Partaking in and coordinating stock audit tasks and preparation.
- Maintain accuracy of stock in external warehouses, through regular monitoring and meetings to discuss issues or improvements where necessary.
- Maintaining stock accounts utilised on eBay and Amazon to upload, manage and maintain stock sold through this channel.
- Maintain necessary reports and follow up actions to sell older stock or written off once approval processes have been followed.
