**The Opportunity**

The principal purpose of this role is to be responsible for the daily finance administration duties for a variety of outsourcing programs This role attracts hybrid working once training has been completed.

**Key Tasks**
- Processing of programme invoices both supplier and customer in line with strict SLA’s
- Dispute / query resolution within specified timeframe
- Daily preparation of key business data
- Adherence to weekly KPI targets and dept workloads
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Key point of contact for external programme partner personnel
- Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers
- Undertaking of adhoc tasks outside of the daily responsibilities listed when asked, such as traffic offence processing. (Full cross-departmental training to be given between Outsourcing Finance and Fines)

Essential requirements
- At least 1yr experience within a Finance function - Transactional preferable

**Salary**: From £21,500.00 per year
