Twenty2 Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join an established Nottingham based business as the Head of Sales. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This is a key leadership role within the organization, and we are looking for someone who can bring strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to the table.

We are looking for someone with a track record in UK FMCG sales who is seeking the next step up in their development. **Please note: applicants MUST have FMCG sales experience with UK Grocery Multiple Accounts which include Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, and/or Morrisons, or demonstrate a successful career in managing UK Key Accounts.**

This is a very entrepreneurial role that is both strategic (for long term business development and growth) and tactical (for the day to day management of our ongoing business and we are looking for someone who has the capacity and desire to manage current business and drive growth in both existing and new accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, within FMCG
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
