**Position**:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing the UK sales and go-to-market strategy, ultimately delivering top line revenue growth that meets or exceeds the business plan. Whilst the role is initially standalone over time you you will manage, coach, and scale a distributed sales team to minimise time to competency, optimising the sales process to maximise volume, value, and velocity of opportunities through the pipeline. You will build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships and external partners to streamline the buying journey, reducing the sales cycle and improving deliverability.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to build, execute and continuously optimise the sales strategy and underlying processes to deliver growth year on year. Coach and develop the sales team to maximise effectiveness and scalability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders in the organisation - including pre-sales, customer success and professional services - to optimise the buying journey and underpin customer success and advocacy.
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels (CXO and below); can influence senior executives through excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Commercially, well versed in enterprise SaaS deal structures and key contractual terms; proven ability to lead and close £2M+ ARR deals.
