HR & Admin Associate

Due to a continued increase in demand, we are seeking to add to our Recruitment team. You will be based from our offices in Burton On Trent where you will support across the recruitment function within the business. The job includes working alongside the HR consultant who have been working with the company for over a year. The job will require some past experience but training will be given alongside the job role.
Your duties will include:
Safer recruitment
- Assisting with the management of the recruitment process from advertising through to induction for a specific geographic location
- Tracking specific needs of the individual areas covered and providing data in relation to recruitment, absence, employee performance, turnover and conduct
- Assisting with absence management process
- Conducting investigations in response to concerns raised
- Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as required
- Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
- Managing HR administration processes
Visiting care homes to to staff file Audits with the responsible Individual
Money soft Payroll used to produce wage slips, ABS tracker, Holiday tracker
Tracking online training for managers such as Educare and peninsula
Experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
- Additional duties as required
Must have driving License
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: £10.75-£11.50 per hour
