**Temporary HR Administrator**

Are you an organised and detail-orientated individual looking for a fantastic opportunity to showcase your admin skills in the dynamic field of Human Resources? Look no further We are seeing a friendly and upbeat HR Administrator to join our busy HR Department on a temporary and part-time basis for 2 to 3 months.

As Temporary HR Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of our HR operations during a busy period. This is an excellent chance to gain hand-on experience in HR and make a meaningful contribution to Hoar Cross and Barons Eden.

**Your skills and expertise will include**:

- Assisting with various admin tasks, including filing, reporting and document management.
- Co-ordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Help with HR record-keeping, maintaining employee files, and updating HR databases.
- Support the recruitment process by preparing job postings.
- Collaborating with the HR team to provide general support as needed.

**But what we need from you?**
- Prior experience in an HR admin role is preferred, but not essential.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to provide high levels of accuracy in all work.
- Substantial organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team-orientated environment.
