To provide a friendly and informative first contact to 3rd floor Trauma and Orthopaedics
- Please note the start date for this position will be April 1st or after*

Undertaking reception duties, dealing with hospital staff, and members of the public in an efficient, polite and courteous manner, answering queries and communicating complex information where there may be barriers to understanding. Persuasion, motivational and negotiating skills are essential maintaining security and privacy at all times.
