**Projects Coordinator**

**Location**: Kingswinford with some national travel

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

**Role Overview**: As a Projects Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to plan and organise groundwork and installation projects. This includes scheduling and booking engineers, subcontractors, and electricians, arranging for the hire and return of equipment to specific sites, and ensuring all relevant Health and Safety documentation is prepared prior to visits. You will primarily work in an office environment, with occasional visits to project sites, and report directly to the Head of Installations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make and receive telephone calls to coordinate project details.
-Gather site information to arrange installations.
-Manage the work of a team of field-based engineers to meet project deadlines.
-Coordinate with subcontractors on various projects.
-Organize and arrange the hire of equipment for jobs, such as forklifts and diggers.
-Liaise with employees at all levels across all departments.
-Help deliver departmental KPIs on a regular basis.
-Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
-Demonstrate positivity in your work, the company, and your colleagues.

**Experience**:
- Proven experience in a Coordinator role.
Experience working in an environment where scheduling is a key aspect.
Teamwork and collaboration with the broader team and other departments is essential.
- **What We Offer**:
