To support the growth of the business we have a newly created role within our Kingswinford based site for an office administrator. Our Kingswinford branch specialise in offering bespoke commercial partitioning to a diverse customer portfolio including blue chip global brands. As we continue our journey of business development and optimisation, we are looking to on board dynamic talent with a can-do, forward-thinking attitude.

**Job Summary**:
As an Internal Technical Sales Representative specialising in steel partition solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. Working closely with the External Sales and Engineering teams, you will understand customer requirements, provide product recommendations, and offer exceptional support throughout the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to manage enquiries, prepare quotations, and collaborate with customers to ensure their needs are met effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enquiry Management and Qualification.
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and preferences.
- Utilise our CRM systems to track leads, manage opportunities, and update customer information accurately.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable steel partition solutions.
- Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and customisation options to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Address customer enquiries promptly and professionally, offering expert advice and guidance as needed.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer specifications, volume requirements, and pricing guidelines.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure feasibility and alignment with project timelines.
- Conduct customer site surveys.
- Present quotations to customers, clarify any queries.
- Provide 2D layout drawings for customer approval.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Work closely with the external sales team to support their efforts in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the steel industry or related sectors.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of steel partition systems, materials, and manufacturing processes is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret customer technical layout drawings
- AutoCad Experience Preferred but not essential
- Excel proficient
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
