**About our opportunity**
In our expanding market, we are seeking to appoint a Manpower Administrator to join our International Operations team to provide administrative support to facilitate the timely sourcing and recruitment of field contractors to deploy globally.

Your main responsibilities will include
- Maintain accurate electronic manpower records
- Monitor and update Manpower section of the FocalPoint Database with any changes to field staff availability, training and skills
- Produce and update corporate CVs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external manpower agencies to assist with completion of manpower processes
- Field contractor pre-vetting including CV and telephone/Skype/MS Teams conversations
- Network and source prospective field contractors for live projects and bid requirements
- Maintain open lines of communication and positive working relationships with field contractors on the FocalPoint Database
- Maintain a current and effective high-profile professional networking platform
- Ensure adherence to GDPR processes and regulations
**About you**
Ideally you will have previous experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience of recruitment. It is essential that you are able to prioritise effectively, have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure and be highly flexible, adaptable and a strong team-player.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, are able to work with a high level of accuracy.
