An experiencedb business developer is required to sell for a solutions services company in Leeds. This B2B role requires you to contact a wide range of businesses to offer passenger transport solutions throughout the Leeds and surrounding area.

This is a field sales role so you will need to be a driver with your own transport, a car allowance and mileage is provided.

The role will be a mixed approach for business development from research, networking, cold calling, field sales and presentations if required. This is a brand new role in an expanding company, offering great career prospects, incentives and a fun and variedclient base.

- Great sales skills and integrity
- Experience in working in a targeted environment or role
- A great network of business contacts who can reach out to warm leads and hit the ground running
- Confidence in data management, compliance and administration processes
- A field sales person who is confident working out in key areas alone to win new business
- On a weekly basis you will:_
- Build a great pipeline of contacts and targets
- Create rapport with customers and secure sales agreements tailored to each customer
- Achieve set fair targets to support the growth of the business
- Liaise with colleagues in other regions for ideas, support and mentoring
- Report once a week in person to your line manager to detail achievements, pipeline and challenges
- Generate successful new account openings and agreements
- Work with marketing on great material and promotions and PR pieces
- Create a report on your sales, KPIs and projects

The role is full time and permanent and is based out of Leeds LS12 offices, with 2-3 days out in the field meeting new customers. You will have the autonomy to manage your diary, your sales approach and sector focus. The company offers a competitive startingsalary, commission and a car allowance.

The first few weeks of this role will be training on product and software, processes and contracts for sales. A great commission scheme is paid on top of the salary shown on the advert.
